Do you have a link ? Are they guidelines to avoid being accused ( which would make sense, Catholic priests molesting children is pretty much a cliche, and I'd think that while it's deserved in some cases, there would surely also be priests who would not dream of such a vile thing and would have to be aware of the possible accusation ), guidelines as to what *is* abuse, how to help people abused by others, how to abuse a child with the blessing of the RCC, what ?
