With Error Reporting on, with every crash of any application, it seems to take a lot of memory (dumprep.exe) before sending the message to Microsoft. Sometimes I see more than one process of dumprep.exe in the Task Manager Processes tab. What actually happens in the background?

Have you solved the problem?  If not then this is the wrong forum.

It's subtly recording your bugs. ;P

It appears that everybody is under the impression that I approve of the documentation. You probably also blame Ken Burns for supporting slavery.

When my VS2003 project got to a certain size, VS started to crash. I got pissed and started sending the reports to MS. Then one time I clicked to send the error report and a dialog came up stating one of my open source files was too big to send! W T F I'm sorry, what was your question?
