Error in Switching Between HTTP and HTTPS Automatically

Hi I downloaded the code of 'Switching Between HTTP and HTTPS Automatically ' from code project and trying to run it but it is giving me error as File or assembly name WebPageSecurity, or one of its dependencies, was not found. in in web.config If it is require a change in code,please let me know. Swapnil Bhavsar
