When I post a message, then use the back button, I get a warning that I will lose what I have done. At first I was very concerned; I was not sure if it was correct. In fact, it is not correct; the post at that point has been made. So I now know I can ignore the message, but I am always concerned when I get a message such as that. Obviously most people don't use the back button as much as some of us do, since web developers create web sites as if the back button is not used. If possile, it would really help for the web site to be able to detect that a message has been posted and when we navigate past the text that has been posted, then no message is produced warning us of something that is not true.

That's how it's meant to work now. Lemme check... [Checked. It works fine for me. Hit Submit, hit back button, no warning]

      cheers, Chris Maunder

Okay, thanks for checking. I got the warning twice each on separate days and such. Update: it happened again this time too. I use IE 7. Note that I get the warning after using the back button twice; once to get back to the message entry page and again to navigate back from it. At least you are aware of it. There is no need to fix it soon but at least you will know to look for it.
