IE 7 startup page

hi i just shifted to IE 7, and everytime it starts, a startup page appears, some URL like this http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx looks like it should run once, but that just aint happening. i played a bit, changed the internet options, to about:blank and stuf.. but in vain.. any ideas...

Have you followed the instructions on that page or do you just navigate away from it? If you select the things you need and click on the button at the bottom you will never see it again.

thats the problem.. there appear no instructions on the page.. its a blank page, though the title is "Customize your settings" now wat..
