File Copy,Move completion

After giving the file.copy or file.move how can i check the file is copied or moved fully. Because i want to write an application that watches a particular folder ( to which files are coming from other location usualy large pdfs or tiffs ) and lists the fully copied or moved files only. please help. thanks in advance

You can simply check if the file exists under the specific directory after copying or moving to that directory. File.Exist(FullPath)
