Problem with changing time

My colleague and I have a problem with a changing time on aspnet application for a countries in different time zones. How do you manage changing time in your applications for different countries to an original time?

Never done it but my guess would be that if you have the DateTime in local form you first convert that to UCT then to the other TimeZone.
