Visualbasic application prob on vista

I have a visual basic 6.0 application and it is working fine in all other OS except vista ? Any idea on what is going wrong ?

Check for Service Pack of your VS 6.0. Just for curiosity, are you able to install VS 6.0 on Vista ? I am not able to install VS 6.0 on my vista machine. It is giving me error while registering IVIEWERS.DLL. I appreciate your kindly help. Regards, Paresh.

I don't have Vista but plenty of people here have installed VS 6 on Vista. I believe you have to run the installer as administrator with elevated privileges. Note that VS 6 (as a develoment environment) is not officially supported on Vista - though it does work. "Official support" in this context means that MS won't patch it if there are any problems.
