      Tech support sucks man. The worst I have encountered (and this isn't so bad really, I've heard much worse) was Sky - they put me through a stupid "Press 1 for this, press 2 for that" routine for at least four levels of menu, then a recording kindly told me "There are no operatives available to take your call at the moment. Please try later" and hung up! -- Andrew.

                  Have you ever tried ringing the main number for Parcel Force? They don't even give you a menu, you just get the message, "All our operators are busy helping other customers - please try again later" before they hang up. BTOpenWorld are the worst. I spent over a week being promised that my ADSL pack had been sent out and would be with me by 7pm that day. When it got to 7:01, I would be given some Bulls Hit excuse, and get told it would be sent the next day, they couldn't do anything now because the office closes at 8! :mad: After a week of chasing them every day, I finally got told that it had never been dispatched - basically, every operator and supervisor had been lying to me - and that it would be sent the following week. They've now been sitting on my complaint for three weeks, and I'm still waiting for a human being to respond to it! :mad: :mad: :mad: What a Cower of Shunts!
