Error messages

I have been trying to login to my new internet bank account, and I kept getting this error page:-
ANIB JSP Diagnostic Page Background to : from (localhost) (host ) Error bean error not found within scope Additional Content Length: Content Type: Remote User:Fortunately the bank has a free telephone call back system, after being on hold for 25 minutes I finally got onto a human being, at least it was a UK call center. Any idea what the error actually means? What no idea? It means, "Your account has not been set up yet!" I do feel like doing something really nasty to the idiot that wrote this! code
