After several months of unemployment, I have finally got myself a couple of weeks work. And it SUX X| big time. Considering I'm even working my own hours and schedule etc, I'm wondering how I managed to do it in the first place. This protestant work ethic of work being good for the soul is a scam if there ever was one. Regardz Colin J Davies

You're saying Catholics are lazy ? :P Christian The tragedy of cyberspace - that so much can travel so far, and yet mean so little. And you don't spend much time with the opposite sex working day and night, unless the pizza delivery person happens to be young, cute, single and female. I can assure you, I've consumed more than a programmer's allotment of pizza, and these conditions have never aligned. - Christopher Duncan - 18/04/2002

At the time I thought the fact that I could stretch your meaning to come to a conclusion you didn't remotely have in mind was sort of amusing, especially as you don't have to work hard to offend people around here at times. My original post was because it seemed at the time vaguely humourous that even though you obviously had no intention of offending anyone, it was possible through twisted logic to conclude that you were having a shot at Catholics. I don't think you seek to offend people, if I did, it would spoil the ( virtually non-existant ) joke that I was trying to make.
