Is it possible to use the handle returned by GetClusterResourceKey and and pass it to RegQueryValueEx to read the data values ? i have done but RegQueryValueEx returns ans error code of 6, that is for INVALID HANDLE... Otherwise please tell me how to read the data values from the handle returned GetClusterResourceKey ?

Look up the documentation for that function, you will find the related ones like
