I'm starting developing, I'm makin a Windows application with ADO. I love te codeproject messageboard, no doubt it's the best of the web. Usually you get answer in 20 mins, and this is wonderful compared to the usual, next day morning basis. The interface is super and the speed, dare to compare. Now I'm having some trouble with my app, and I'm wondering why there is a CodeProject chat in the Website. I follow an Italian guitar site, the best in Italy. I think it's the Italian codeproject for Guitar! It has a chat, you log in, and everytime there is somebody, you can speak about everything and if you need some help you ask, hey anybody want help me about this topic? You start a private chat, or open a new room. It would be the ideal complement to the codeproject message board! "Nelle cose del mondo non e' il sapere ma il volere che puo'."

The advantage with a message board is that all the questions and answers lie on the web site for later users to browse through. In a chat all that information is volatile! By the way Sonork is an instant messengera lot of CPians use and we have a conf called BobsHungout. But keep in mindm, that we RARELY discuss anything programming related there. People like CG and Mike Dunn, gurus in their own right come there, but I don't remember either of them speaking anything on programming. Usually it's Jack Handy, Colin Davies, Moi, Jambo Johnson, Shog9 and PJ :-) Sometimes we also have Matt, Jonny, Cathy, Lauren and Tweety. Nish
