Our genetics have been changed for our different cultural needs. I could never till the soil of a farm as well as a fellow black African. He has been bred and it is in his culture, things that would take me generations to "catch up" with. I agree we must not automatically go "He is black, put him on the farm, he is white, put him in an office" but we must also ensure we don't end up being so blind to the differences that we end up with incapable people in powerful positions. I actually think cultural differences have a much bigger impact in race than genetics. We have seen this when the western way is introduced into African cultures. They have not had the centuries of upbringing to cope with our stresses, as I do not have the centuries of upbringing to cope with African stresses. We are different, we are suited to different things. But that is not a bad thing, it is a good thing, one we should take advantage of. And just because I am a white South African does not mean I am any more a racist than a black South African. No that isn't what he is saying. In theory all people should be equal but in the real world that doesn't work. Have a look around you and you'll see that people aren't equal at all, and it has nothing to do with the colour of their skin. Michael :-)

Racism is about fear, fear of something different. Child molesters are people with mental disorders, or those who like to have power over people. You cannot group Racism with child molesters. Racists are the gutless scum. They don't work alone and oppress the minority. Their strength comes from their group that support them. Maybe they are heros of the the community they belong to but they are the excrement of humanity. They're diry brain dead animals.

Racism is about superiority too. Where Nazis and Southern racists did not operate from fear. They operated from superiority. Everybody maybe a little racist but not all try to enforce the sh*t. Racists are people with mental disorders. As a group, racist scum are child molesters, incestors, animals, murderers and evil.

It seems that he has a misunderstanding of what is racism. Racism is mainly about the some members of the majority ethnic group or the ethnic group in power acting upon their beliefs of ethnic superiority. Members of minority groups could be racists too.
