A man was just executed for a crime he commited when he was 17 years old. If you are considered incapable of making rational choises and are unable legally to sign contracts, vote or drink alchol, then why should you be punished the same way an adult is? This is common sense and follows simple geometric logic. I am embarrased that we are still such barbarians, and we will look back on this time and realize we are no better than the evil slave traders and Native American killers of our past with such aburdity such as circumcision, and executing crimminals for crimes they committed as minors. Me too - I have never been able to accept that the State has the right to kill someone convicted of a crime, for the same reasons. Racists are everywhere, not just the south, so get off your holier-than-thou high horse. Let's talk about racism. Our goverment endorses race-specific (and race-restricted) groups, ie the black causus, the hispanic caucus, the asian caucus, the american indian caucus, etc, etc.. See anything missing there? I sure do, and you can bet that one holy mother of all stinking complaints would be heard if someone even dared to suggest that a white caucus be formed. Why? Because some why guy (and groups of white guys) had slaves or oppressed some ethnic group. Well guess what - those ethic groups are guilty of the same fucking thing. As long as there's people like you running around pointing fingers and crying "racist" every time a white guy farts in the direction of a black/hispanic/asian/indian guy, we're gonna have these kinds of fuckin problems.
