Why not just write a page, which takes the email details, does a normal postback, and sends the email using the .NET email classes ?

the class you mention about... I not really clear about that. Furthermore, is sharepoint contribute to the error. When i click submit button i can get the "confirmation" page but i did receive the email How to write better feedback form handler can give example
