Hi, I am not able to attach DLLHOST.exe process to the debugger in the windows vista platform. Even though I am logged in as a user having the administrative previldege. It gives the message as "Access Denied". Any help on this is appreciated.

You may think you are logged in as a user with administrative privilege, but you are not. Members of the administrator group still need to elevate their rights to perform certain privileged operations. You can launch any app will elevated rights by right-clicking and selecting "run as administrator".

Hi, Thanks for replying. How do I associate a user context when I am debugging a program from VS.Net. Basically I am trying to attach process DLLHOST.exe from VS.Net and it throwing an exception that "Access is denied".
