Reliability and Performance Monitor

Does someone know of an article that describes how to use the "Reliability and Performance Monitor" to figure out what might be slowing down my log in to Vista? It used to be quick, but now it takes at least 30 seconds from the time I enter my password to the time it displays the desktop.

Its Windows.. Isn't that enough info? You could use a restore point if you have one to restore Vista to when it "used to be quick" Hope this helps! --PerspX
