      Without knowing which application put that error up or what device caused it, there's no way to tell. You simply haven't given us enough information to go on.

          In that case, you'll probably want to start by seeing if there are updated drivers for the SCSI adapter card. After that, you're looking at hardware failures, or either the card, the cables, or the drive(s) attached to it.
