What's the deal with downloading stuff the MS subscriber site. It looks like they throttle back the download speed over time until it gets to around 10Kb/sec. If i click the suspend button then resume, it shoots up to 100 Kb/sec but quickly throttles back to 10Kb/sec. Is there any way around this?
