displaying elapsed time

Hi all....... I have two buttons accept and hang up and a label...... if user clicks accept button i want to display teh time in the label starting from 0mins 0secs.... if user clicks hangup button it must display how much time taken for both the clicks.... can any body tell me how to achieve this ?????????
