Problem Delete file in Vista

How can I delete or rename "read only" and hidden system file in VISTA. I am using "Visual stdio 2005".I am getting "File Access Denied Error".

You need to remove the readonly, etc attributes. The .net methods require this in XP/03, it's not a vista specific requirement.

It could be a permission issue, where is the file located ?
