Reg: SQL DB in Emergency Mode [modified] Very Urgent

Hi Friends, My database has emergency mode. I tried to following commands using alter database to online, ALTER DATABASE 'MYDATABASENAME' SET ONLINE But it has processing when it has taking more time. How to solve this?
