article submission --> editing

I dont want to get under anyones skin and I do realize it takes a lot of work ... so please keep the flaming to a minimum. Just wanted to know an average time between article submission and the time it is posted as an article (outside the useritems section)? Thanks for your input ...

It really depends on the number of articles in the queue but we aim to have articles posted within 24-48 hrs (excluding weekends). Always feel free to fire an email at the submit-at-codeproject address to check up on progress.

The answer to this depends on how you submitted the article. If you send it to the editors then it gets edited/uploaded pretty quickly. If you submitted it using the CodeProject article wizard, then it takes a whole lot longer - some articles seem to remain in the unedited sections for a good couple of years.
