    Wow, wasn't expecting that.

Who cares about the scientific consensus when they have fat_boy to tell them how it really is?

The so called 'consensus' is actually about 5%. Thats the rough percentage of scientists who actively support AGW. Around 5% actively criticise it. The other 90% keep quiet. There is no concensus, this is the third lie.

It is good to draw a line between sarcasm and tedium.

For example, your obsession with anti-GW is tedium.

Thank you! I had the feeling it was just a joking poke in the belly (or eye, whatever), but since you're not the only person that's said it, I thought that....maybe I was missing something.

I think you can make people believe pretty much anything if you want to. Nobody thinks it, but most people are just really gullible and easily manipulated. It's funny, because I was talking to a few of my friends, and not one of them believed that people could be controlled like that any more. "Oh, that's a thing of the past. People are smarter these days. Less willing to believe things" Bah!

If you need any more proof.. Try this. Choose a busy street where alot of people are either shopping, walking between their car and shops, etc. With as much self-confidence as you can muster, and without hesitation, walk up to people and ask them to hand you their wallet and car keys. Say you just need to see them for a moment. See how many people give them to you. You may need to convince an adult to do it, but you could try it if you want and see if it works. It might even work better. People are *incredibly* easy to manipulate if you know what buttons to push. For this and other great ideas, watch a show called "Mind Control by Darren Brown" on the Sci-Fi channel. This guy can get people to do anything, even things they actively refuse to do. In one episode he bought some extremely expensive jewelry.. using blank sheets of paper.

Aw, hell yes! Great idea! I'll look as innocent, blameless and harmless as possible. Hopefully they'll have a natural tendency to trust kids that I can exploit... I'll watch that show. I'd do it now, but I have to look for something for my aunt. I should be doing that now, actually, instead of writing this. So, if I happen to find it, I'll watch it. I want to learn these different tricks for manipulating people. I guess a lot of them are common sense when you think about it. I guess it makes you less vulnerable to mental attack too.

It is funny, but it is also sad that so many people live their entire life in fear of that garbage. Hell is just a tool used to control people's minds.

I agree. If people are searching for meaning in life, it is very easy to convince them of religion. People like to believe that they are part of some master plan and will live forever in bliss after they die. It is much easier to believe that than to see that this life is the only one you get.

You are just as foolish as those so called "evil religious people" that you think are so utterly stupid and inferior to you and your beliefs. Grow up punk, you are human just like everyone else and you do things other humans do such as spout your beliefs as they are fact when in fact they are your beliefs. Just because they are shared by many others that doesn't mean its true. It kind of reminds me of something....RELIGION. Go ahead, smack your self on the forehead....:doh::doh::doh:...There you go, do it a few more times...:doh::doh: Now pitty your self:sigh:...Now be disgusted with your self X|...and now laugh at your self:laugh: NOTE: This does not really have to do with global warming (not that you should defend global warming or be against it), its more your anti-religion attitude and the fact you think you know better than anyone else who does not share your belief that there is no purpose to life or existance, its your God damn mother fucking belief. -- modified at 11:04 Saturday 27th October, 2007

Remember kid, you have beliefs also. You don't have to believe anything anyone tells you about life and if it has a purpose or not. Thats for you to decide for your self. Nobody knows for sure and if you think you do then you are just as bad as those religious folks.

I know. I wasn't saying whether I believed in God or anything with that comment, just saying how nauseatingly scattered and unreadable the site is, and how it seems to assume that the readers are morons. I'm not saying that religious people are morons or not, nor am I saying whether Atheists are. Also, there are plenty of good arguments for both sides, and just because that site doesn't represent them AT ALL, doesn't reduce Christianity to a blind, unreasonable cult. I have my own beliefs that I'd rather keep to myself, and I won't bother anybody with them. I generally keep out of religious discussions, because neither side will win, and everybody will just get really pissed off at me.

Rewire some of your neurons to create a new instance of TheRealization class and execute the Realize method. It should help you. Perhaps I should make this into a virus so it will spread to everyone's mind.
