When I open some websites ..the images and files in that website r Placed in my Temporary Internet Files folder..How the Broser know the Temporary Internet Files folder path according to Logged User??

Please don't ask again. You can't. No matter how often you ask, you just plain cannot. You can write code on the server which forces the images to preload, but you cannot interact with the file system directly.

But, again, the nature of your questions shows you really are lacking the most basic understanding, you should still buy a book and work through it before attempting any ASP.NET work, especially if someone is paying you to do it.

How many times ! You can't copy/store any files to client machine using ASP.NET

Buy that book.... Or at least read the article. The images obvioulsy get cached on the client end, but IE handles it, you cannot access the file system directly.
