No it wouldn't - Murdoch's tabloid tv news channel is about as reliable a source of information as his newspapers are.

"On one of my cards it said I had to find temperatures lower than -8. The numbers I uncovered were -6 and -7 so I thought I had won, and so did the woman in the shop. But when she scanned the card the machine said I hadn't. "I phoned Camelot and they fobbed me off with some story that -6 is higher - not lower - than -8 but I'm not having it." -Tina Farrell, a 23 year old thicky from Levenshulme, Manchester.

Bah, screw it. Stupid Fox, but I bet I could probably do the same with any news station.

Well, that's partly the point here - the video claims Fox presents stories of a sexual nature twice as often as CNN (for example), and reports on Iraq only half as often. The indication being that Fox goes for sensational news, not real news or good reporting. That's why I said it'd be interesting to fact check. I'm suspicious of statistics because they're so easily manipulated.

Actually, statistics show that statistics are actually exceedingly difficult to lie with.

You lied to YouTube about your age so you could watch a grown-up video? Mommy's gonna spank her little Ravel if she finds out!

Yeah, but then you play it.  If she says anything about what you do here, it's blown.  Your game is to see how much she can pretend to not know about.

I guess it wouldn't do to plot against my mum in a public place if we suspect her of coming here. I do occasionally mention this site to her, so it's possible she'd want to make sure I don't get seduced by a stranger, the parents' worst nightmare. Imagine that! The only person stalking me is the person trying to protect me from stalkers! Well...presumably the only person stalking me...:suss: Hehehe! :) I'll carefully observe her reactions to things I say. I'll intentionally say people's names wrong, and see if she unconsciously corrects me.
