    After publishing my website, when I am trying to run my published application from IIS I am getting the following error.. "unrecognized configuration section 'connection strings'" in web.config file. how to resolve this problem ? plzzz I need ur help in this regard. thank u all, kiran

      can i see the connectionstring tag in web config file?

      Yesterday is a canceled check. Tomorrow is a promissory note. Today is the ready cash. USE IT.

        Hi, in IIS -> default website -> properties change Asp.net version to 2.x.x.x... It will solve yr problem.

          i think before that he/she need to run the aspnet_regiis.exe in visual studio command prompt ?
