How to search those posts created by a specific user?

I remember that with the old version of this "Post a Question", we could search all posts created by a certain user, just specifying the username, and it'll return what you want. But now, there is no username field in the search screen, and when I type the username in the "search for" field, it will return nothing. So now how can I still find all posts by a specific user? Many thanks. :)
