[BUG] Can't delete article never finished

I never finished the "in progress" article out of these: http://www.codeproject.com/script/Articles/MemberArticles.aspx?amid=2682318 So I'd like to delete it, but the site doesn't allow me to. I'm asked whether I'm sure to delete it, press OK, and then the page just refreshes and the article is not gone.

This is a known bug that we thought had been fixed. Bug has been reopened.
