Not sure why that doesn't work, but you could always try doing this: WHERE (CDate([d.downloadutctime])> CDate(#2/2/2008#) And CDate([d.downloadutctime])<CDate(#2/15/2008#)) OR CDate([d.downloadutctime])= CDate(#2/2/2008#) OR CDate([d.downloadutctime])=CDate(#2/15/2008#)
