What? You are a developer and you don't know how to write a file to disk? I must be missing something here, yes?

Hello Elizma, Just write the string to a file with the extention ".xml". Greetings, Marco van der Linden

Hi, There was no need for sarcasm! I do know how to write a file to disk! After investigation we found that it was not me being stupid but some security issues! I was just double checking out of frustration that it wasn't me being stupid!!! So next time stop wasting your own time giving stupid answers if you dont want to answer the question that was asked. Especially if you dont know the full story! There is reasons why people sometimes ask questions that sound stupid to "boffens" like you. Guess the saying is right. "There is no such thing as a stupid questions. It all depends on who you ask!" Anyway. Got the problem sorted out! And no! It was not my code! Kind Regards, Elizma

Hi, Thanks for you reply. Your solution is exactly what I did, but for some or other reason we only got blank files amoung other problems. Got the problem sorted out at the end. Seemed to be a security issue and bad data issue rather than a coding problem. I was just trying to double check to make sure that I am not being stupid and that the problem is somewhere else. Still appreciate your reply. Kind regards, Elizma

I am almost 9 months pregnant! I am tired, I am cranky and a list of all the pregnant crap out there. I asked a stupid question out of frustration. You gave me a crappy reply. Maybe I misunderstood your question and felt offended by it. That is why I tried to explain to you why I asked a stupid question. This asshole is f***ing off! Elizma

If that is true I apologize for my last post. I certainly don't want to cause you any stress.

Apparently your question was not stupid but just that you did not supply enough information for us to determine what the problem was. I am glad you resolved the problem. All the best to you and your baby. :rose:
