The Good HR Way

One of the project managers in my previous organizations used to say and emphasize this to any of us when we entered the cap as a 'Panelist': "We are not any dictators. Unless we treat the candidate on par a potential client, the organization can not prosper". The bottomline being -- "Make the candidate comfortable in the discussion. We are trying to understand whether he would befit the bill for the organization and add value to it. We are not sadists to fleece him and torment him with unwarranted queries".
