I actually heard a doctor on a radio show (the kind of radio show to have real doctors, not just people who talk crap) who said that it's actually healthy and beneficial, since the sperm you ejaculate when you masturbate are the weaker ones, meaning you're leaving the stronger ones available for when/if you do have sex -- Help me! And when I come to think about it, they freeze sperm when it goes to sperm banks, so it doesn't matter in the slightest whether they can swim straight or not (since they'll all be frozen). I'm no expert but I don't think this is right. If you do it more than every couple of days your sperm count drops because your body can't keep up, but if you don't do it for more than 10 days, your sperm count drops too (I guess your body stops making them). I was reading a book about fertility the other day - that's how I know. So if you are try for a baby, every few days is optimum :). And obviously, doing it with a woman helps :laugh: Ali
