For men: zero, notta, none, zilch, zip, nil, nought For women: 2 - one for each ear I guess to each his own, but I don't like seeing men with piercings. For women, a belly button ring is OK but anywehere else (other than ears) is just ugly.

IMHO, peircings rarely add to a person's look. For a woman, *small* adornments in the ears or eyebrows can look ok; i don't get peircings in men though. The motivation for getting them interests me - i think peirced ears for women are sort of a conformist thing - all their friends get them, their mothers, etc. I'm sort of suspicious of men who peirce stuff though... :~

none and proud Although I know some girls where the piercing is cute, I usually find that metal faces disturbing. Not to talk about bellypus-buttons. or other locations.

For a woman : 0 to 4 1 (!) in each ear, a small (no make that tiny) stud in her nose and maybe one on her belly button. Me, I have none, I'm quite happy with the number of holes I have in my body.

For girls - ears pierced or belly button pierced is fine, but nothing else. For guys, none, or possibly one on their eyebrow. That can be quite sexy. I personally think that piercings aren't that attractive though. Tattoos are much cooler (only cos I have 2!) :-D Leona
