Its my question in before 1 month .. I solve the problem by using silver light media control toolkit. download the control.. Use the control like other asp.net controls. so easly.. Weight for other good solutions... for more help.. mailto :pm.masood@gmail.com

You must be a bit behind on your course work, this was asked many times a couple of weeks ago. Search here on CP and you should find some help, but why should anyone do your course work for you? Will you share your degree with those that do the work?
