      The reason could be network problem or your Db server is down !!!! ;)

        Try typing the error message into google. you will find people who have had the same problem as you before http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=A+transport-level+error+has+occurred+when+sending+the+request+to+the+server.+&btnG=Google+Search&meta=
