RSS - How to get forum replies

I set up an RSS reader to subscribe to CodeProject forums. I receive notification when new message threads are started but the RSS reader never shows when there are new replies to those messages. I have set up both Google Reader and Mozilla Thunderbird as my readers and they both act the same. Is there a way to receive replies through the RSS interface? Thank you.
