Laugh all you like but I believe the Sydney City Coucil made that illegal several years ago. A guy use to come to work early in the morning with his Van amd park at a prominent intersection. He would then pay his parking meter and then the sides of the van would light up into electronic bill boards. Of course during the day he'd have to keep feeding the meter, but I think the coucil saw that it was gonna become a boom industry and shut it down somehow. Regardz Colin J Davies
