      There are many installer creator programs available - MS Installer (creates MSI files), InnoSetup (open source), or if you feel more adventurous try InstallShield.

          Except InnoSetup which is open source, you need to pay for the others... You really need to learn to use Google, if you want to get anywhere with these types of questions :)
