But doesn't congress always rate really low, yet incumbents get re-elected much more often than not? The reason is simple... everyone thinks everyone ELSE'S representatives are the ones to blame. If Obama wins, with nothing to rely upon but his history of socialistic, anti-AMerican radicalism, supported by equally radical leadership in congress, I'm pretty damn sure that in four years no one will even remember Bush ever existed.
