How to get clients harddisk number or anything a unique value of client?

Every device connected to the internet has a MAC address - which is unique. However, even this can be faked by (temporarily) overriding a registry entry. This can, in fact, be used to fake nearly any identification method for your plan. The ability to flood a poll, or a forum, by a single user acting as "many" has been worked on for some time. It doesn't really make much difference here - the message isn't dragged back to the top of the list, unlike QA. Just don't hold your breath waiting for a response! :D
