It would have been fun if the pilot was "arrested" while in the air by F16 (or whatever planes they are using now) with police lights. Good. The system works. he was arrested, if the alcohol level is really above the airline regulation, the pilot will be "punished" (fired or suspended, or something else depending on the rules and regulations which I'm not aware of) If the pilot is below the limit, then he will probably get a "note" on his record and be released.
