website and mssql database issue

Hi All, pls i will need ur professional assistance to the challenge I am facing. I have a databae driven website, all contents are stored in the database... but anytime I make changes from my cms tool it actually updates what I have in my mssql 2005 database but does not reflect it on my website. but once I restart the server and checks the site then the update shows on the site. I don't want to be restarting my system every time I make changes... kindly assist me pls on what to do. thanks

Your best bet is to contact the vendor of the cms software to see how to clear the caches that seem to be in use.
