      Well, sounds like you need to read some very basic articles. Creating XML from this is trivial, it's just a case of deciding on a format ( use nodes or attributes, etc ). If you don't know how to do that, then you really shouldn't be messing with any XML until you do. You can't really create a 100% accurate schema from one XML, you're better off creating it by hand.
