Code for Checkboxes / radio button at the time of Windows Setup Installer

Hi, I am doing Installer. i want to add the Check Box Wizard i can able to add the Wizard .But, I am not able to Handle it . I mean How to write The code to handle CheckBoxes/Radio Button at the Time of Installing Please send any link or code for handling Checkboxes at the time of Installing
