        To tell u the truth u'd find very hard to catch good projects 'just like that', If u wanna be a good programmer, IMHO, you should just tune up your imagination and go for making a full fledged project with a nice hefty scope. Go for providing as much quality as u can. It all depends on what you define as 'complete'. Consider Google as ur best friend in this.

          Find an application that you like, and try to duplicate the functionality in your own code.
