Hi. Does anyone of you know any good renaming software, which include these functions: Including subfolders (files in them), Counter with number of digits (ex: 00000001), Reset counter on a new subfolder. I googled and found not one program which would include all of these options. Found some great app though... but mostly they lacked the counter. So... anyone? Thanks in advance!

    Regards, Matjaž

Here's one possibility: http://tools.tortoisesvn.net/StExBar[^] It's a nifty explorer bar rather than a standalone app though. Iain.

Just seen this freeware application on Beta News ReNamer is a small, yet very flexible and powerful file renaming tool that offers all the standard renaming procedures including prefixes, suffixes, replacements, case changes, as well as remove contents of brackets, add number sequences, change file extensions, etc. For advanced users, there is a PascalScript rule, which let users program their very own renaming rule[^]

Wow. This application looks really prospective! ;) Thanks. Well... it is free. It works great. But it's missing one function - to reset the counter (while serializing) when going to a new folder :) Thanks for your help... this app is cool :)

            Regards, Matjaž

You could write your own app? Seems like a pretty straight forward program.
