Clarkson PM insult 'unforgivable'[^] I forgive him. Not only that but he's correct. Not only that I'd go further and call Gordon Brown a one-eyed fat smug Scottish arse who is gleefully shafting the British public so he can hang on to his job as long as possible. And to say that Scotland is proud of him mocks the Scottish people. What a complete arse. Brown should go now: it's his fault we're fücked, his fault that nothing was done to impose proper regulation on the banks, his fault that the gold went and, well, it's all his fault. Wanker. Total fücking wanker. Angry? Course I'm fücking angry: got my ISA statements yesterday. Fück. Fück-fückidy fück fück.

Cameron say he wants to turn us into a saving society rather than a credit based society. How the hell can/should I do that when I get f-all interest anyway and the banks/credit cards are screwing us by RAISING interest rates or lowering overdrafts.

Because you're paying more and more interest, as you just said ? I don't owe anyone money anymore, and until I had the money to pay my house off, that was all I owed, for ages. I have credit cards, I pay them off monthly. I'm not paying anyone interest, I work too hard for my money.

Hear, hear. I dont pay interest to anyone either. Although, just recently, My returns have been slowly deminishing. (I still have a well paying job as well thank goodness.)

Well said. And after we do all that, we get shafted by Brown to bail out the people who spent beyond their means. Bring on the next General Election (not that the Tories are any better but I want this lot out).

If Brown had his way the only means by which he would ever leave no 10 would be in his casket... which we would all have paid for.

Clarkson described him as a One-eyed Scottish Idiot. Ok, he has one eye, he is Scottish and he is an Idiot. So now Clarkson is being castigated for stating the truth! Are we now so scared of the PC brigade that the truth must be forbidden? He also called Australians "apes" so he has a long history of speaking the truth! (Before you complain about that, tell me Merv Hughes is entirely human!)

I wonder if we can get Fatty "G" sectioned under the Mental Health Act as he's quite clearly suffering from some sort of schizoid delusional state. Hmmm. I wonder how difficult it would be to leak a bogus story on to the news wires? "Leading psychiatrist claims Brown unfit to govern, suffering from Schizoid personality disorder". that sort of thing? I might have a go next week ;)

As much as all right thinking British people dislike the French, they do have a habit of saying it like it is. I hope no-one sees me writing this but well said Mr S. I can't say the VAT cut enticed me to go spending. A 2.5% cut in my income tax would have been better.
