I was just thinking; what if you are an outlaw and/or come from an outlaw country and you genuinely want to change your status. I mean how many people in this world would really like to follow the law when law exists? I crossed a lane road recently and got a ticket from the police. I did something wrong and got a ticket as a punishment. I don't know anyone here in Denver that I can bribe to drop the ticket. When the police lady asked, I told her that I am late to class and she basically decreased the amount of points I lost (-1 pt instead of 3). The universe makes sense.

Wait until you get taken to jail because you were caught driving without the insurance that you now can't afford.

If you haven't already done so, budget on a 50-100% increase next year because of the point.
